Thinklink was formed in 1990 and has established itself as a leading provider of investigative and consultancy services to the insurance and legal sectors.

We provide a range of investigative services such as workers’ compensation, public liability, CTP, recoveries, damages and income protection.  We also carry out surveillance and litigation preparation.

Whilst we have experience in all matters, our operatives have particular expertise in Federal workers’ compensation claims with our main area of specialty being investigation of stress cases.

Our clients include large self insurers, top 100 ASX companies, major insurance companies, top-tier national law firms and suburban solicitors. We have also assisted the medico-legal profession.

We provide coverage for the east coast of Australia. We have experienced operatives based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane as well as major regional and country areas of NSW, Queensland and Victoria. Thinklink also has access to operatives in all other States if needed.
